The Giving Tree and Métis Ways Student Workshop
Want to bring engaging outdoor learning to your school yard? This unique student workshop invites students to explore the beauty of Métis culture and the spirit of gratitude through story, outdoor play, and action. Through Métis games, hands-on activities, and a traditional song of thanks, this workshop inspires a deeper connection to the land and the land's many gifts. This workshop is co-led by a Métis facilitator. Ideal for K-6 classes.

Do you want your child to learn, grow and explore - while getting muddy too?
Our forest school programs nurture your child’s heart, hands, and head through playful exploration and inquiry. Rooted in the rhythms of the land, learning unfolds through story, song, games, and teachings—drawing from both Indigenous and Western perspectives on sustainability and reciprocity.
