At Nature Connect, we emphasize the importance of connecting students to nature. Our programmes encourage outdoor exploration, fostering curiosity and a sense of wonder. By integrating nature into the curriculum, we help students develop critical thinking skills and a deeper appreciation for their surroundings.
We offer curriculum development support, helping educators design effective and engaging lessons. We work closely with teachers to align lessons with curriculum, place, and student interests.
We are committed to promoting Indigenous perspectives in education. Through partner organizations like Métis Legacy Learning, our workshops provide educators with the tools to incorporate Indigenous knowledge and traditions into their teaching. We believe that understanding these perspectives is crucial for fostering respect and reconciliation in our communities.
